Is that not a bit exaggerated?

The use of stainless steel in the production of work chairs is by no means exaggerated, but clever, hygienic, economical and so on. In rooms with high humidity and in some production processes, the chairs are exposed to extremely adverse conditions day in day out. This has no effect on stainless steel. And in areas with particularly strict hygiene requirements (e.g. in food processing or in the pharmaceutical sector) stainless steel work chairs are sometimes cleaned several times a day with hot steam. This highly resistant material is guaranteed to stand up to this treatment without complaining.
